Anytime you call the Guaranty 24 Hour Telephone Banking Service, you will be asked to enter your account number and your personal pin number before you can make account inquiries. The pin number allows you to have access to your personal, confidential information about your account.
For your personal security Guaranty 24 Hour requires an access code for your account in order to utilize the automated system. Please fill out the Telephone Banking Application to receive your pin number. Once you’ve received your pin number be sure to call the automated system within 5 days to start enjoying access to your account 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
For security reasons your pin number will expire if you do not use the system at least every 90 days.
