What are External Transfers?
You can use External Transfers to transfer funds between your accounts held at Guaranty Bank and Trust Co., and your accounts held at other Financial Institutions.
How do I sign up for External Transfers?
Log in to Consumer Online Banking with your username and password. External Transfers can be accessed by selecting the Launch External Transfer button on the Transfer Page of your online banking.
What are different ways I can verify my external accounts?
Real Time Verification: External Transfers prompts you to enter your User ID (username) and Password for your external bank account.
Trial Deposit Verification: External Transfer makes two small trial deposits and one trial debit, equal to the sum of the two deposits, to the external account.
How many external accounts can I have linked?
A total number of 5 external accounts can be linked for External Transfers.
How much money can I transfer per transaction and per month?
For standard transfers you can transfer up to $5,000 per day and $10,000 total per month.
For next day transfers you can transfer up to $2,000 per day and $5,000 per month.
Are there any fees associated with External Transfers?
There are no fees to send money from your external account to your Guaranty Bank and Trust account. For Standard Outbound transfers, there may be fees assessed with each transfer.
