E-mail address: Customer must always keep e-mail address current and must be in a valid format. Please notify the bank any time you have a change to your e-mail address.
UserID: Customer can pick his/her own user ID. The ID must be at least 3 characters long with a maximum of 11 characters, which are alpha/numeric, or a combination of each.
Password: A temporary password is assigned, and must be changed at first log in. The password must be at least 6 characters long with a maximum of 11 characters, which are alpha/numeric, or a combination of each.
Forgotten Password Question: For use when a user forgets username or password.
Forgotten Password Answer: Customer should supply the correct answer to questions chosen.
Customer must go thru the full confirmation process before the e-statement process is considered active and delivered to the customer. The e-statement should be available to you within 1-4 days after the statement cycle is dropped.
