What are one-time codes?
A one-time code is triggered when our security system recognizes something outside of your typical online behavior in order to protect your account(s) from fraudsters, We send the code via SMS (text) message, or via a voice-automated phone call, to verify it’s you trying to log in. The phone call will be from 1-699-241-2767 – Sunnyvale, CA. You may want to have this number saved in your phone for future reference. The system will require the one-time passcode less frequently once it learns your login patterns.
